For your information: My own lampwork beads are wound on 3/32 or 1/16 inch mandrels. All my beads are made with either Moretti-Effetre (Italian) or Lauscha (German) glass, properly cleaned and annealed in a digitally controlled kiln for optimal durability. I indicate clearly on my lampwork jewelry listings if the beads were made by me or by another artist. NOTE FOR ALLERGY SUFFERERS: I live in a smoke-free home, but we do have two wonderful little dogs (two Yorkies).
